Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by PT Triasta Maju Bersama and its ventures (including Hyeonmu Tech Labs and Titip Dari Seoul), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

PT Triasta Maju Bersama is a holding company incorporated under Indonesian law, operating through three main business divisions:

• Hyeonmu Tech Labs: Software development and digital infrastructure solutions
• Titip Dari Seoul: Personal shopping (jastip) service for products purchased in South Korea and delivered to Indonesia
• Upcoming ventures: Skincare ODM manufacturing, car rental and pre-owned car sales, and digital wedding invitations (terms will be published as each service launches)

3.1 Hyeonmu Tech Labs

Provides custom software development, blockchain solutions, and government digital infrastructure services. All deliverables are subject to separate project agreements.

3.2 Titip Dari Seoul

Provides personal shopping services for goods purchased in South Korea. Orders are subject to product availability, applicable customs regulations, and the service terms published at tdseoul.com.

3.3 Upcoming Ventures

Our skincare, automotive, and digital invitation businesses are in development. Specific terms for each will be published before launch and will govern those services once available.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indonesian law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Respect intellectual property rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and services are owned by PT Triasta Maju Bersama or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

For software development projects (Hyeonmu Tech Labs), intellectual property ownership will be specified in individual project agreements.

• Titip Dari Seoul: Payment terms, service fees, and shipping costs are stated at the time of order via tdseoul.com
• Software Development: Milestone-based payments as specified in project contracts
• Upcoming Ventures: Payment terms will be published together with each service at launch

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business engagements, particularly for government projects requiring BSSN compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Triasta Maju Bersama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as explicitly stated in individual service agreements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Amicable negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration under Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI) rules
• Jurisdiction of Jakarta courts as a last resort

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
